Why Independent Moisture Testing?
All floor covering & applied coating manufacturers specify that concrete substrates, regardless of age must be tested for moisture & alkalinity before being installed.
In every situation, when we have inspected flooring failures, it was found the tests were not done to ASTM International Standards & the results were invalid.
Floor covering & applied coating manufacturers will not warranty their products if they are improperly installed.
Avoid Costly Flooring Failures
An independent, third party performing & certifying
the test results is the best way to guarantee the
accuracy and acceptability of the results.
Certified testing is a fraction of the cost of replacing a failed floor.
We are an independent, third party certified for doing the following ASTM International Test Methods.
ASTM F1869-11 ASTM F2170-11
ASTM F710-11 ASTM F2420-11
